Galatians Book Study

This video series on the book of Galatians was developed as part of our preparation for a broader biblical studies course at our church. We used Galatians as the backdrop to teach "Bible Study Methods."

In order to teach others how to study Scripture well, while using this book, we first studied through Galatians in depth ourselves. These videos are the result of that process. They are designed to serve both as a companion to the course and as a resource for anyone who wants to better understand the message of Galatians.

The series begins with a “big picture” overview, outlining the structure and themes of the letter. From there, we move chapter by chapter through the text. This approach reflects a key principle we emphasize throughout the study: before diving into details, it’s essential to grasp the overall flow and purpose of a biblical book.

We also stress the importance of reading or listening to an epistle like Galatians in its entirety and doing so multiple times. Understanding comes not from isolated passages, but from seeing how the whole letter fits together.
